This expectation instructs TPP23 Hub grantees to:

Develop, execute, and maintain a learning agenda.
Develop and execute a dissemination strategy.
Incorporate IDTs, community members, and young people.
Have a dynamic virtual presence.
Develop and execute values-based branding.
Complete, by the end of the project, a final innovation hub package that documents the Hub approach and learnings.
