This expectation instructs TPP23 Hub grantees to:

Demonstrate a vision for why and how the Innovation Hub will address existing or emergent needs in teen pregnancy prevention.
Define a values-centric vision statement.
Establish a logic model.
Demonstrate an environmental understanding through a living stakeholder map.
Establish partnerships and feedback loops within the field.
