This expectation instructs TPP23 Hub grantees to:

  • Demonstrate a vision for why and how the Innovation Hub will address existing or emergent needs in teen pregnancy prevention.
  • Define a values-centric vision statement.
  • Establish a logic model.
  • Demonstrate an environmental understanding through a living stakeholder map.
  • Establish partnerships and feedback loops within the field.
