This expectation instructs TPP23 Hub grantees to:

  • Develop and define Hub-specific performance measures.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on all OPA and Hub-specific performance measures.
  • Monitor the project to assess progress. 
  • Determine the need for and obtain Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval or exemption.
