Adolescent Friendly Supportive Services

This expectation instructs TPP23 Tier 1 projects to:

  • Build and maintain a network of diverse, multi-sector partners to increase awareness of, access to, and utilization of adolescent-friendly services that address the needs of the population(s) of focus.
  • Assess the extent to which the community(ies) and population(s) are aware of, able to access, and able to utilize available resources.
  • Build the capacity of youth and families to independently navigate systems and advocate for adolescent-friendly care.
  • Assist health care providers in offering adolescent-friendly services.
