Confidentiality is becoming an increasingly complex issue for Title X agency staff. Plain-language scripts help providers communicate with clients about their rights to confidentiality. Using supportive language to talk about the right to privacy fosters a safe and secure environment for clients to express their sexual and reproductive health experiences, needs, and concerns.
