Project Management

This expectation instructs TPP23 Tier 1 projects to:

  • Have a project management plan for tracking program objectives, activities, and partners.
  • Recruit and retain staff, and ensure staff are prepared to fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a training and technical assistance plan for staff and partner professional development.
  • Have a plan for sustaining the impact of your project.
  • Have a communication and dissemination plan.
