TPP Medical Accuracy Review Form

TPP projects can use this form developed by Mathematica to assess whether they are meeting the expectations that grantees disseminate medically accurate materials and information. This tool includes three tabs: (1) an overview tab to document who is reviewing, the timing of the review, and the materials reviewed; (2) an example tab that shows what it could look like to document specific issues related to medical accuracy; and (3) a blank medical accuracy review (MAR) reporting form that can be used to document specific concerns.
