This course introduces the body parts involved in sexual activity and producing a baby (sexual and reproductive anatomy) and how these body parts work (physiology). It provides opportunities to apply this knowledge to Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program (TPP) project scenarios.

The course includes three sections:

  • Section 1: Considerations to support gender inclusivity
  • Section 2: Female reproductive anatomy and physiology
  • Section 3: Male reproductive anatomy and physiology

Learning Objectives:

  1. Explain sexual and reproductive anatomy and physiology
  2. Integrate medically-accurate and gender-inclusive sexual and reproductive health information into TPP project activities
