Coaching can strengthen public speaking skills of your Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program staff. Coaching entails a series of sessions between a staff person (the coachee) and a supervisor or mentor with relevant knowledge or experience (the coach). Use this sample plan to guide your public speaking coaching sessions. Modify the plan to meet each coachee's unique needs, goals, and preferences.
