Replicate to Scale Evidence-Based Teen Pregnancy Prevention Programs with Fidelity and Quality

This expectation instructs TPP23 Tier 1 projects to:

  • Select EBPs that are a good fit for the needs of the community(ies) and population(s) of focus.
  • Ensure that selected EBPs meet the Notice of Funding Opportunity criteria; OPA must approve selected EBPs.
  • Implement EBPs with fidelity and quality. OPA must review and approve any proposed adaptations.
  • Replicate EBPs to scale in 3 or more settings.
  • Implement several EBPs to align with the needs of the community(ies) and population(s) of focus.
