This eLearning course provides an overview of fidelity and the importance of fidelity monitoring in the Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program for grantee and implementing organizations. The course includes examples of the roles and responsibilities facilitators that administrators, observers, and evaluators may play in fidelity monitoring, as well as reflection prompts to connect the course content to your program.

  • Define fidelity in the context of the TPP Program
  • Understand the importance of fidelity in achieving intended outcomes
  • Identify three fidelity data collection methods
  • Apply a fidelity monitoring process to ensure high-quality programs
