Welcome to the Toolkit

TPP staff training strengthens your team’s capacity to provide high-quality programming, enhances professional development and staff retention, and supports alignment with TPP Program Expectations.

It’s helpful to have a system for ensuring that staff get the trainings they need when they need them. This toolkit shares resources to help your project plan, manage, and track training completion.

Use the resources below to plan the trainings your staff will complete, assign trainings to individual staff, and log training completion. If you adapt these resources, make sure your changes are consistent across all of them.
