Welcome to the Toolkit

TPP staff training strengthens your team’s capacity to provide high-quality programming, enhances professional development and staff retention, and supports alignment with TPP Program Expectations.

It’s helpful to have a system for ensuring that staff get the trainings they need when they need them. This toolkit shares resources to help your project plan, manage, and track training completion.

If you’re interested in a web-based system to plan and manage trainings for your TPP Program, check out Option 1: Web-based RHNTC Training Tracking System.

If you would prefer a system that is not web-based, skip ahead to Option 2: Stand-alone RHNTC training plan resources.

The RHNTC’s Training Tracking System is a web-based tool to help TPP and Title X project administrators and training coordinators manage and track professional development for their teams or networks.

Training lists are the building blocks of the Training Tracking System. Training lists can include a variety of RHNTC and non-RHNTC resources—eLearnings, webinars, videos, job aids, and more. As a project administrator or training coordinator, you can use the Training Tracking System to create and share training lists, and track staff training completion.

Action Steps
Supportive Resources

Follow the steps outlined in the Training Administrator Guide to set up a Training Administrator account, create and share training lists, and track staff training completion.

The RHNTC offers stand-alone tools that are not web-based for those who prefer not to use a web-based system. Use the resources below to plan the trainings your staff will complete, assign trainings to individual staff, and log training completion. If you adapt these resources, make sure your changes are consistent across all of them.
