Grantees directly funded and subrecipients indirectly funded by the Office of Population Affairs Title X Program must be able to identify costs tied to their provision of Title X services. This workbook provides a template to help Title X-funded family planning projects gather Title X-related costs using two methods: a Cost Report or a Cost Pool Calculation. Refer to the companion How to Gather Title X Project Costs instructions when using this workbook.
