The purpose of the Time Study Allocation workbook is to assist family planning projects when determining the amount of full-time, part-time, or in-kind staff time committed to family planning. This workbook can be used in conjunction with any cost analysis tool. The goals of the time study are:

  1. To identify the percent time spent in each family planning cost category
  2. To identify the percent of time spent in the family planning project and each of the other activities/services provided
