The Abbreviated Cost Analysis Workbook provides a data entry template for Title X organizations to conduct a cost analysis. Refer to the How to Conduct an Abbreviated Cost Analysis instructions document for help with completion. This workbook has been designed (cost gathering prompts on cost calculation tab, service code listings in Title X FP CPTs and RVUs tab) to review Title X Family Planning services and their associated costs and utilization.
