This job aid outlines all steps necessary to complete the companion Abbreviated Cost Analysis Workbook, posted here as a supplemental material. The workbook provides a data entry template for Title X organizations to conduct a cost analysis. This workbook has been designed (cost gathering prompts on cost calculation tab, service code listings in Title X FP CPTs and RVUs tab) to review Title X Family Planning services and their associated costs and utilization.
