Below is a list of the required training for Title X. This is a requirement for anyone who is involved with our Family Planning clients. Title X provides us with the funding that we need to run our Family Planning program. They are due 60 days from hire date.
After completion, please print and give the Family Planning Coordinator, Angel Sellers, the original certificates. Retain a copy for yourself as well. Make sure that you are using the Google Chrome browser when completing these trainings. The trainings require you to complete an evaluation before it will allow for you to print your certificate. You should have a certificate for each training.
First: You must create a RHNTC account (https://rhntc.org/)
Second: After you have created your account, come back to link that was emailed to you, click on it, and save the training list. You need to be in your RHNTC account for it to be saved and you MUST save the training list for it to work!
After you have saved the list you should be able to see the trainings that are required for this year.
If you need to log back in at a later time and find your saved training list:
1. Log into your RHNTC account
2. Click on my training list and it should be there as long as you saved the list.
TO PRINT YOUR CERTICATES FROM THE TRAININGS ON THE RHNTC WEBSITE:
After completing the course and the evaluation:
Go to Track My Training
My Completed Trainings
Scroll down to find the training course name that you just completed and then look for the most recent date that you completed it. Click on completion after you find it and then you should receive your certificate. Print 2 of them. One for you and the other one for me.
If you remove this list, your training administrator will no longer be able to see which trainings you have completed.

4. Trauma-Informed Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting

7. Counseling Adolescent Clients to Resist Sexual Coercion
8. Introduction to the Quality Family Planning Recommendations E-Learning
9. Introduction to the Reproductive Anatomy and Physiology E-Learning
10. Pregnancy Testing and Counseling E-Learning
11. Adoption as an Option in Family Planning Settings Webinar
12. Refresher Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect Webinar (I have attached the blank certificate for you to write your name and date completed)
13. Health Equality- Gender Appropriate Language: Practical Skill Development Webinar
The following trainings will not have a certificate, but after completion, print the first page of each training and date and sign it. I will need a copy of each one and keep one for your records.
