Project Management, Collaboration, and Organizational Capacity
This expectation instructs TPP Tier 2 Rigorous Impact Evaluation projects to:
- Recruit and retain project staff and leverage key partnerships to successfully complete the project.
- Secure memoranda of agreement (MOAs) and subcontracts with partners when necessary.
- Coordinate and share project information and lessons learned with other OPA recipients.
- Develop an annual work plan that incorporates key objectives and action steps to meet grant expectations, including professional development of staff and partners.
- Obtain and document necessary permissions to collect all data.
