Quality Improvement (QI) and Quality Assurance (QA)

These expectations lay out requirements for the development and implementation of a data-driven plan to monitor and enhance the delivery of family planning services. These standards mandate that recipients use Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) data and patient satisfaction assessments to inform clinical oversight, guide service modifications, and ensure project-wide accountability.

All Staff Training expectations from the Title X Program Handbook are listed below, along with resources your project can use to meet each one.
