This webinar from August 2017 presents tools for conducting data-driven quality improvement to increase clinic efficiency. Using indicators (such as patient cycle time, wait time, no-shows, and patients seen per hour) to improve clinic flow and productivity is discussed. The webinar also reviews the Title X Clinic Efficiency Data Guide and Clinic Efficiency Dashboard, two tools to help staff collect and use data to inform improvement efforts.

  • Assess and monitor clinic efficiency using the Clinic Efficiency Data Guide and Clinic Efficiency Dashboard
  • Utilize Using Data to Increase Clinic Efficiency: A Quality Improvement Guide to implement a data-driven quality improvement plan
  • Identify at least three strategies to overcome common clinic efficiency challenges in the family planning setting
