Whether a patient chooses to return or recommend a clinic’s services to friends and family depends greatly on their experience with accessing care, wait time, and staff interactions. This webinar from July 2017 provides strategies and tools for assessing patient experience and using data to improve patient visits. Information provided will be helpful to family planning clinics providing direct services, as well as to the agencies that oversee them.

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe why positive patient experience is critical to sustainable family planning services
  • Assess patient experience using at least two different methods
  • Apply at least two strategies to ensure positive patient experience in the family planning setting
