This staff observation activity is a training activity designed to build the confidence and comfort of staff providing referrals. It also provides an opportunity to improve the quality of referrals through peer feedback.

This tool is part of “Establishing and Providing Effective Referrals for Clients: A Toolkit for Family Planning Providers” which supports Title X grantees’ ability to provide effective referrals to meet the needs of their clients.
