This resource provides tips for developing and using a learning agenda to help Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program Tier 2 Hubs ask and answer thoughtful questions about their unique approach to fostering TPP innovation. It can help Hubs establish learning questions, metrics for success, and continuous quality improvement processes, as well as develop plans for sharing their learnings related to innovation development team progression through developmental phases. In addition, you can find the Learning Agenda Template as a supplemental resource.
