This policy template helps Title X-funded grantees and subrecipients to comply with the Title X requirement that staff are trained to appropriately identify, report, and refer victims and survivors of human trafficking.

This tool is part of Responding to Human Trafficking in the Title X Context Toolkit, which supports Title X grantees’ ability to develop a client-centered response to human trafficking cases.
