An agency’s culture has a strong influence on staff behavior. Culture also affects how we feel about our work; our level of engagement; and whether we are likely to stay or leave. Culture even impacts how well we adapt to and recover from change. This eLearning walks the participant through a process for intentionally building a sustainable resilient agency culture. This work can improve staff engagement and retention—and ultimately the delivery of client-centered care.
