Supportive Work Environment Agency Self-Assessment Job Aid

This self-assessment tool is designed to help family planning agencies determine where they are already using supportive work environment strategies, as well as opportunities to cultivate a more open, connected, and responsive work environment. Completing this self-assessment guides agencies to the most relevant action steps and resources contained in the Strategies for Creating a Supportive Work Environment for Sexual and Reproductive Health Staff Toolkit. Agencies are encouraged to use this tool to establish a baseline for continuous improvement, and to revisit the self-assessment over time.
