Adopting trauma-informed, resilience-oriented, and equitable (TIROE) care principles and practices improves client and staff engagement and retention, outcomes, and experience with care. This meeting package contains the resources to facilitate a one-hour meeting to help sexual and reproductive health organizations: identify strategies to develop and sustain a TIROE workforce; and build compassion resilience among staff.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of this meeting package, participants will be able to:

  • Explain how hiring practices can aid in building and sustaining a trauma-informed, resilience-oriented, and equitable (TIROE) workforce
  • Define compassion resilience and describe how to foster compassion resilience among staff

How to Use This Resource:
