It is crucial to ensure that telehealth vendors and their products meet your agency’s standards of, and commitment, to equity. This example assessment provides suggested questions to determine how a telehealth vendor addresses the technology needs, language and communication needs, personal and data privacy needs, and user needs of the Title X client. It also provides a template for documenting and comparing vendor responses for use during the vendor selection process.
