In 2015, the North Texas Alliance to Reduce Unintended Pregnancies in Teens (the Alliance) received a TPP Program Tier 1B grant to replicate an evidence-based program to scale in a high-need community. The Alliance implemented Project Ntarupt—which aimed to provide evidence-based TPP programs to youth and parents, build public engagement in teen pregnancy prevention, and increase access to youth-friendly services—in Dallas, Texas. This case study describes its strategy for reaching youth and parents across the highest need zip codes solely in community-based settings in a major city.
