This tool is used to measure clinic flow through patient visit observation. It provides a way for clinic staff to calculate the time it takes for patients to move through different parts of their visit while noting factors that contribute to wait time or inefficiencies. The tool can be used to collect data for the Clinic Efficiency Dashboard and to identify quality improvement needs.
