This job aid presents the nondirective pregnancy options counseling and referrals that the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) Title X recipients must adhere to, in alignment with the 2021 final rule, "Ensuring Access to Equitable, Affordable, Client-Centered, Quality Family Planning Services."

This tool is part of Establishing and Providing Effective Referrals for Clients: A Toolkit for Family Planning Providers, which supports Title X grantees’ ability to provide effective referrals to meet the needs of their clients.
