Family Planning Performance Dashboard

This tool allows Title X grantees to compare themselves nationally on contraceptive use and chlamydia performance measures. It also allows grantees and service sites to calculate and compare data on key clinical performance measures over time.

How to access the dashboard:

• A Title X grantee-specific PIN is required to access customized accounts. Grantees should email fpntc@jsi.com to request a PIN.
• Subrecipients and service sites should contact their grantees for their network PINs.
