This webinar — part four of the Path to Program Sustainability Webinar Series — defines three critical paths to sustainability; provides a snapshot of the philanthropic landscape, identifies strategies to leverage ongoing/long-term revenue, reviews a framework for aligning budget projections and appropriate resource development strategies, and examines two real-world youth-provider examples of best practices in nonprofit sustainability.
