Introduction

Thank you for your interest in the TPP Supporting and Retaining Staff Peer Learning Group (PLG) from January through May 2025.

Overview

This five-session PLG will support participants in developing an open, responsive, and supportive work environment, with the broader aim of increasing retention of qualified staff.

This PLG will be facilitated by organizational development consultant Dr. Julie Rennecker of Syzygy Teams Solutions and RHNTC staff. Sessions will align with the Staff Support and Retention Toolkit, be interactive, and offer participants the opportunity to share and learn from their peers.

Objectives

By the end of the PLG, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and use RHNTC resources that promote supporting and retaining staff
  • Apply lessons learned from peers that have effectively supported and retained staff
  • Develop and implement a program-specific action plan to support and retain staff

Participants

This PLG is open to all TPP23 grantees (Tier 1, Tier 2 Rigorous Impact Evaluation, and Tier 2 Hub grantees). We will accept up to 12 TPP grantee teams, with up to four team members per grantee. We welcome participation from various TPP staff, including project directors, managers, coordinators, administrators, and HR/people and culture staff. Please submit only one application per team.

Schedule

All sessions are virtual. They will take place from 12:00–1:00pm ET unless otherwise noted. The RHNTC expects participants to attend all five sessions.
