Correctly Applying Your Title X Agency’s Sliding Fee Scale Workshop

Are you a front desk staff member or site manager facing challenges with collecting family size and income information to correctly apply your sliding fee scale? Or struggling to determine what a client with insurance should pay at check-in?

Join the RHNTC and subject matter expert Rebecca McTall for an interactive virtual workshop on correctly applying your agency’s sliding fee scale or schedule of discounts. This 90-minute session will include a brief presentation of the issue and related Title X expectations, a Q&A, and breakout rooms to practice and problem-solve with your peers and RHNTC colleagues.

This session is for front desk staff and site managers responsible for front desk operations. Title X grantee-level staff looking to support their network are also welcome to register. Participants will be approved after registering through Zoom. Registration will be capped at 75 participants.

Learning Objectives: 
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Accurately describe Title X financial expectation for applying a schedule of discounts for clients between 101 and 250% FPL
  • Name one strategy described by a peer to support front desk staff in correctly determining client fees
  • Identify one RHNTC resource that supports staff in correctly applying their agency’s sliding fee scale
