Instructions
State and Federal requirements for Title X (ten) training. MUST be completed by staff once per project period (4/1/22-3/31/27) and/or once during employment.
- Non-clinical Staff: Administrators, patient service representatives, Care Cupboard, Compass
- Clinical Staff: Providers, nurses, pharmacy, dental, CMAs, non-certified MAs, Ryan White, BHC, Psych
Non-Clinical Staff (Exec, PSR, etc): Title X Orientation, Health in 3D
Clinical Staff must complete all trainings once per project period/once during employment.
