An observation is a way of using your senses—most often seeing and hearing—to collect data. Observations can provide information on TPP program fidelity, quality, engagement, and other topics. This tip sheet focuses on how to use observation for TPP program improvement and continuous quality improvement, though programs can also use observation to support evaluation efforts.
