Regular monitoring of recruitment and retention can keep a rigorous impact evaluation on track. This Excel template can be used to track recruitment and response rates for studies that enroll participants on a rolling basis or with cohorts, and includes examples for each type of design. An instructions document provides guidance on how to use the template.
