This is a tool used to graphically depict Roles, Responsibilities, Needs, Resources, and Wishes of individuals within a given system, in order to identify gaps and commonalities in the levels of support within the system. Understanding the system in which you, your team members, and stakeholders work can help you to identify targets for change and improvement, and better coordinate resources to achieve your common goals. This tool is part of a series of adaptive leadership tools to help tackle complex problems.
