This tool outlines a change management approach that engages teams and stakeholders to pursue new directions, goals, and actions based on current and/or past strengths and successes. The tool uses guided questions to help teams appreciate what is working well and take a positive approach to problem solving by overcoming negativity and building agreement and consensus. This tool is part of a series of adaptive leadership tools to help tackle complex problems.
