Prepregnancy (also known as preconception) care supports clients in making choices now to improve their health and well-being, and to prepare for a healthy pregnancy in the future. This brochure is designed to provide clients with essential information to consider when thinking about their health, whether or not they are actively planning for pregnancy.

Title X grantees and subrecipient agencies are required to have a review and approval process by an Advisory Committee for all informational and educational (I&E) materials developed or made available under the project, prior to their distribution. The RHNTC I&E Materials Review Toolkit has resources to ensure compliance with this Title X expectation.
