Sites can use this tool to assess access to the full range of contraceptive methods at their sexual and reproductive health agencies. After completing this assessment and noting areas for improvement, sites can use the strategies, action steps, and resources in the Increasing Access to Contraception Toolkit to improve access to contraception for their clients.

This tool is part of the Increasing Access to Contraception Toolkit, which supports Title X grantees, subrecipients, and service sites with strategies and resources to ensure contraceptive access.
