This Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) toolkit, designed by the Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) National Evaluation CQI TA team, provides structured support for teams to develop and grow their CQI practice. TPP program staff involved in CQI efforts can use the templates, written guidance and webinars included in this toolkit to learn more about and enhance their approach to CQI. The toolkit is relevant for TPP programs, even though it was initially developed for SRAE programs.
