This workshop provides an overview of the continuous quality improvement (CQI) process and walks TPP19 grantees through this process, including identifying problems and challenges, developing strategies to address these problems and challenges, and measuring the success of these strategies. The workshop also describes tools that grantees can use to support CQI efforts.
