Title X Front Desk Income Verification Workshop

Calling all front desk staff and site managers! Are you struggling to verify your Title X clients’ income or determine what a client with insurance should pay at check-in? Looking to enhance customer service?

Join the RHNTC and subject matter expert Dania Garcia, who previously supported front desk staff at Title X grantee Affirm (formerly Arizona Family Health Partnership), for an interactive virtual workshop. This 90-minute session will include a brief presentation on income verification and related Title X expectations as well as customer service. Participants will also have ample opportunities to ask questions and problem-solve with peers.

This session is for front desk staff and site managers responsible for front desk operations. Title X grantee-level staff looking to support their network are also welcome to register. Participants will be approved after registering through Zoom. Registration will be capped at 75 participants.
