Register by 1/17 for the RHNTC’s Convening for Title X Staff

Are you currently working in a Title X project, and want to learn more about the Program? Join the RHNTC for a Convening for Title X Staff on March 5-6, 2025 in Kansas City, MO to connect with others and to learn about Title X from experts and seasoned staff.

Over the course of 1.5 days, attendees will participate in interactive workshops designed to help Title X staff understand the program, seize opportunities, and overcome common challenges. Topics will include: Title X Expectations, I&E, policies and procedures. There will also be breakout sessions focused on each Title X Program component (clinical, administrative, and fiscal) and on agency success and challenges.

Convening Objectives

The objectives of the convening are to:

  • Connect Title X staff to each other
  • Increase knowledge of Title X Program Expectations among Title X staff
  • Identify resources to support Title X agencies, staff, and providers in delivering quality family planning services

Attendees

We welcome Title X staff (especially those working in Title X for at minimum six months) from grantee agencies, subrecipients, and service sites to attend this convening. The convening is intended for Title X directors/administrators, program managers, fiscal and accounting staff, clinical leadership (e.g., medical directors, nurse consultants, clinical consultants), training directors, quality improvement directors, and strategic communication staff.

Registration is limited to the first 75 registrants and will be capped at two staff per agency. The RHNTC will confirm that each registrant is a Title X staff person before accepting their registration. If you have concerns about the cap of two staff per agency, please email the RHNTC at rhntc@jsi.com. (NOTE: If you attended the November 2023 convening in Washington, DC or the June 2024 convening in Denver, your registration will not be approved in order to prioritize new attendees.)

Travel Costs & Lodging

The event itself is free to attend. However, participants will incur travel, lodging, and dining expenses. Travel scholarships are available to defray expenses upon request. The RHNTC will provide a $1500 fixed travel reimbursement for no more than 2 individuals per agency to defray expenses associated with attendance. To qualify for travel and lodging assistance, attendees must complete the registration form and check the box requesting travel and/or lodging assistance by January 17th, 2025.  All travel scholarships are paid to agencies, not the individuals who attend.
