Cost analysis data can provide insight and inform training and technical assistance. This job aid provides directions for Title X grantees (or subrecipients) on how cost analysis data can be used to identify actions a Title X site can take to improve its financial health. Use the companion Excel workbook Using Cost Analysis, posted here as a supplemental material, that provides sample data that can be updated to reflect grantee or subrecipient-specific data that can be used to identify specific opportunities to improve its financial health.
