TPP Program Components Resources

OPA developed tools to enable the TPP field to systematically document the components of TPP programs. Documenting program components can benefit people involved in any phase of TPP program design and implementation. The brief provides a background into core components for TPP programs, and establishes key terms, definitions, tools, and processes for TPP program developers, implementers, researchers, and others to use when identifying and describing program components. The Excel checklist tool allows program developers to disaggregate TPP programs into discrete, well-defined components. The developer instruction document provides instructions on completing the checklist. The appendix to the checklist instructions provides additional information about an optional approach for more fine-grained coding of program components.
