The webinar was presented by the Mathematica evaluation TA team to Tier 2 Phase II grantees. The webinar was intended to provide a high-level illustration of Bayesian Interpretation and Core Components and offer guidance on some activities that might be useful at the early stage of a rigorous evaluation project. This introductory webinar was intended to provide an overview of these methods for both program and evaluation staff of organizations that are conducting rigorous impact studies (such as randomized control trials).
