Systems Thinking Assessment and Resources for TPP Program Staff
Increasingly, Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) programs must make the shift from linear to systems thinking in order to serve youth more effectively. This resource is designed to help TPP program leaders understand how well their staff comprehend and implement systems thinking in their daily work.
This tool is part of the Putting Systems Thinking into Practice Toolkit.
Instructions for TPP program leaders: Ask your staff to complete the assessment. Once all staff have completed this assessment, analyze the results and to determine the systems thinking practices the team needs to learn more about. A companion tool, Resources to Support Systems Thinking, contains resources that can foster staff developing—or building upon—a systems thinking approach.
